Booking, pricing & warranty questions

How fast can you come out?

Most jobs are scheduled within 48 hours. Emergency and same-day slots are available — just flag it on the booking form.

Do you give estimates?

Yes. Submit a request with photos and we'll send a written ballpark within 24 hours. On-site quotes are free for projects over $400.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed (#10922) and insured up to $2M general liability. Certificates available on request.

What's your minimum?

1-hour minimum on hourly work, billed in 30-minute increments after that. Fixed-price jobs have no minimum.

Do you supply materials?

We can. Most customers prefer to buy fixtures (faucets, fans, TVs) themselves — we'll send a shopping list before the visit.

Do you offer a warranty?

Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. If something we installed fails in normal use, we come back at no charge.

What payment methods?

Cards, ACH, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Can I be there during the work?

Of course. Many customers just leave a key — your call.
