Completed project: an under-sink plumbing tidy-up in Markham

The cabinet under the sink is where plumbing goes to get messy — mismatched fittings, a trap that seeps, shut-off valves seized from never being turned. This Markham kitchen needed the under-sink setup rebuilt clean, with reliable shut-offs and a drain that does not weep into the cabinet floor.

The scope of work

We rebuilt the drain and P-trap in clean ABS, connected the supply on fresh braided lines with working quarter-turn shut-off valves, and made sure everything sat square and supported rather than hanging off the fittings. Then we ran the water and checked every joint for leaks before signing off.

The result

A clean, leak-free setup with valves that work — so the next time a faucet or line needs attention, it is a quarter-turn away instead of a trip to shut off the whole house.
